Patrick Pepermans has extensive experience in the support and care of individuals with disabilities, particularly children and adolescents. Since August 2016, Patrick has worked at Leger Des Heils in various roles, including Begeleider and flexpoolwerker. Prior to this, from July 2001 to November 2015, Patrick served as Begeleider D at Ipse de Bruggen, focusing on diagnostic treatment and support for children aged 6 to 16 with mild intellectual disabilities and behavioral issues. Earlier career experience includes a role as an installatiemonteur/pijpfitter at Spindler installatietechniek from 1987 to 2001, where responsibilities included the installation and maintenance of technical systems in various industries. Patrick holds a degree in pedagogical care from Zadkine (2015-2019) and a qualification in disability care from Zadkine (2009-2012).
