Jai Shah

Jai Shah has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Their most recent position is with Leggett & Platt as a Corporate Director since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Masco Corporation as a Group President, overseeing a portfolio of operating companies in North America and Europe. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the President of Delta Faucet Company, responsible for strategy, operations, and financial management. Earlier in their career, they held multiple roles at Masco Corporation, including Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer. Jai also served as President (Interim) at Milgard Windows and Doors and held positions at JohnsonDiversey, DiverseyLever, AmeriClean Systems Inc., Diversey Inc., and KPMG.

Jai Shah has a diverse education history. Jai obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Accounting (BA) from the University of Waterloo in 1989. Prior to that, they completed their diploma in Commerce (DEC) from CEGEP - John Abbott College between 1983 and 1985. Jai then pursued a Master of Accounting (MAcc) from the University of Waterloo, which they completed in 1990. Following this, they earned an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 1999. Jai Shah also holds certifications as a Chartered Professional Accountant from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), and as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA.
