Joseph Lavis

Joseph Lavis has extensive work experience in the field of IT and technology. Joseph is currently serving as the Sr. Director Cloud & Network at Leggett & Platt since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft as the Director of IT Operations (Cloud Ops and Innovation) from August 2020 to September 2022. Before that, they held the position of Head Information Technology Infrastructure & Operations at Brooks Running from August 2019 to August 2020.

Joseph also has a long history with Adient, where they worked as a Sr. IT Manager from December 2011 to August 2019. Prior to that, they held various IT roles at CRH North America, including IT Director from October 2007 to December 2011, IT Manager from November 2003 to September 2007, and Systems Administrator from February 2001 to October 2003. Joseph started their career at Ford Motor Company as an Engineering and IT Support from January 1998 to February 2001, and at Boeing as an IT / CAD Support from January 1997 to January 1998.

Throughout their career, Joseph has gained expertise in cloud and network management, IT operations, infrastructure, and support.

Joseph Lavis has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University. Additionally, they hold certifications in Problem Solving Decision Making from Kepner-Tregoe (obtained in 2013) and ITIL from CSME, Inc. (obtained in 2011).
