Judith Kuhn

Judith Kuhn has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Judith started their career in 2005 as a Legal Counsel at Telco Services GmbH and later joined Braas Monier Building Group in 2008, where they worked as a Legal Counsel until 2010. In 2010, they moved to Hertz, initially working as a Legal Counsel and later taking on roles such as HR Business Partner, Manager Transformation, and Senior Director HR BP for Germany and Benelux. In 2020, they joined Leggett & Platt Automotive Group as an HR Director for Europe, and in 2021, they moved to Leggett & Platt, where they currently hold the position of HR Director for Europe Specialized Products. Additionally, they serve as the Global HR Lead for Hydraulics within the same company.

Judith Kuhn studied Law at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from 1997 to 2002. In 2006 and 2007, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at FernUniversität in Hagen. Additionally, they attended Università degli Studi di Siena in 1999 and 2000. Currently, they are enrolled at Henley Business School, where they are expected to complete a Postgraduate Certificate for Coaching for Behavioural Change and a Postgraduate Certificate of Executive Coaching in 2022 and 2023, respectively.
