Donna Grego-Heintz, MA, MCC, BCC has had a long and varied career in the field of executive coaching and leadership development. Donna began their career as a Faculty at the CU Health Sciences Center - Physical Therapy Program in 1988. In 1989, they became the Owner and CEO of TheraCare Pediatric Therapies. Donna then moved to Southeast Christian Church in Denver in 2000, where they worked in Outreach and Missions. In 2007, they were recruited to the Inaugural Executive Leadership Team of Valor Christian High School, where they served as Director of Organizational Development. In 2011, they founded UpWords LLC, where they worked as a Principal Executive Leadership Coach. In 2019, they began working as a Leadership Coach - Premier Fellow at BetterUp, an Executive Leadership Coach at Skillsoft, and a Career and Leadership Coach at LeggUP Inc. Her current role is Guide - Executive Coach at Chief.
Donna Grego-Heintz, MA, MCC, BCC has an education history which includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Leadership from Denver Seminary, a BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware, and a Foundations of Great Coaching - Enhanced Practitioner from WBECS - Accelerating Coach Excellence. In addition, they have obtained certifications including a Certified Conscious Business Coach from BetterUp in December 2020, a Board Certified Coach (BCC) from the Center For Credentialing & Education in February 2012, and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation in June 2022.
