Doug Glew

Doug Glew has worked in various roles since 1999. Doug began their career as a Territory Manager for Rajala Rehab Products in 1999. In 2008, they moved to Dynatronics, where they also worked as a Territory Manager. In 2013, they transitioned to Imaginal Coaching, where they served as an Executive Coach and Transformative Learning Facilitator and Trainer. In 2019, Doug took on two roles simultaneously, becoming a Career and Leadership Coach for LeggUP Inc. and an Executive Coach-Premier Fellow for BetterUp. In 2020, they started working as a Career Coach for RiseSmart.

Doug Glew obtained a Master of Arts in Psychology from Meridian University in 2010. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Finance Emphasis from San Francisco State University in 1996, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same university in 1996. In 2018, they obtained a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation and an Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach from the College of Executive Coaching.
