Roland Kowalczyk

Roland Kowalczyk is an experienced soccer coach currently serving as the Główny trener piłki nożnej at Legia Warszawa since July 2023, with additional responsibilities as Coach U14. Kowalczyk has held the position of Head Soccer Coach at CWKS Resovia Rzeszów since April 2021 and has been involved with FTBL expert since January 2020 in the same capacity. Prior experience includes serving as an Asystent trenera at RUCH Chorzów from November 2018 to February 2020, working with U17 and U18 teams, and coaching at the Football Training Center from February 2017 to January 2020. In previous roles, Kowalczyk contributed as a Trener at Juventus Academy Poland from September 2015 to February 2017, focusing on youth categories, and held a coaching position at UKS Gwarek Zabrze from November 2013 to December 2015, where responsibilities included youth coordination. Roland Kowalczyk holds a Master of Education degree in Physical Education from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego w Katowicach, completed in 2015.
