Guruprasad Raghavan

Guruprasad Raghavan is a co-founder and lead research scientist at Legion, an AI-powered platform focused on enhancing productivity for everyday workers, since August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a graduate student researcher at Caltech from September 2017 to January 2023 and as a graduate research assistant at Carnegie Mellon University from September 2015 to July 2017, where research focused on Optical Coherence Technology and tumor characterization through advanced imaging techniques. Additional roles include teaching assistant positions in biomedical engineering and neuroscience, summer research internships at Kyoto University and the National Center for Biological Sciences, and leadership positions in various projects and teams. Guruprasad holds a PhD in computational neuroscience and applied mathematics from Caltech, a Master's in biomedical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor's in technology from IIT Madras.
