Traci Chernoff

Traci Chernoff has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and industries. Traci started their career in 2012 as a Chief of Staff and Resident Assistant at Binghamton University, followed by a position as a Brooklyn Beat Writer for Inside Pitch Magazine. In 2013, they interned at the New York State Assembly before joining Target as a Human Resources Manager and District HR Trainer in 2014.

Traci then transitioned to SMCP - Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, De Fursac, where they held various HR positions, including Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Manager (North America), and Director of HR (North America). Traci joined Loro Piana in 2021 as the Director of HR for North America Retail, and then moved on to HRTraci, LLC in 2020 as a Podcast Host and Creator.

Traci also worked at CultureBot as an HR Advisor and currently holds a Senior Director position at Legion Technologies in the Employee Engagement department. Traci's work history demonstrates their versatility and expertise in human resources, as well as their passion for promoting a positive workplace culture.

Traci Chernoff (Maternity Leave) holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree, which they obtained from Rutgers University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Rhetoric and Environmental Studies at Binghamton University from 2010 to 2014. Traci also has an additional certification in Anti-Harassment, acquired from SMCP – Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, De Fursac.
