Artour Sogomonian

Clerk Assistant, Parliamentary Services at Legislative Assembly of British Columbia

Artour Sogomonian is an accomplished professional in parliamentary services, currently serving as Clerk Assistant at the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia since January 2016. Sogomonian oversees core parliamentary services and procedural support for Members of the Legislative Assembly, while also being part of the Clerk's Leadership Group, which governs several key functions within the Office of the Clerk. Prior to this role, Sogomonian held various positions at the Senate of Canada, including Legislative Clerk and Officer of Ceremonial and Protocol, as well as roles in administrative support and research. Sogomonian's academic background includes an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in Political Science from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Arts in Public Ethics from Saint Paul University.
