Kalpana Singh

Kalpana Singh began their career in 2019 as a Customer Service Representative for an Internet selling company named "Shyam Spectra Pvt Ltd". Within 3 months, they were promoted to Retention Specialist, where they had to handle customer enquiries and complaints and respond to them with resolutions. In 2020, due to the pandemic, the process was shut down and Kalpana Singh was hired by the corporate company as a CE&A Officer. In 2021, they started working on a startup of clothing and accessories co-owned in the name of Aprell Accessories and Clothing, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer. Kalpana is currently working on this startup, which is an online store on Instagram. In 2022, Kalpana Singh will begin working as a Corporate Alliance for Legistify.

Kalpana Singh completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General from IILM Academy Of Higher Learning, Lucknow between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they studied Business/Commerce, General at Mayo International School - India between 2014 and 2015.
