Lakshya has three years of work experience, beginning in 2021. In 2021, they worked as a Management Trainee at CHALKSNBOARD, where they collaborated with the founders to define project goals and establish timelines and plans to achieve them. Lakshya also worked closely with the social media manager to ensure timely completion of social media goals and helped in reaching 100k+ potential customers. Additionally, they suggested and implemented new ideas to develop brand awareness.

In 2021, Lakshya also volunteered with Red Dot Foundation-Safecity, where they drove a campaign to create awareness on street harassment and abuse. Lakshya collated the information to showcase location-based trends and made this information available and useful for individuals, local communities, and local administration to solve the problem at the local level. Lakshya also encouraged communities to take ownership of what affects them to hence influence social and systemic change.

Finally, in 2022, Lakshya is currently working as a Corporate Alliance at Legistify, where they are handling high-value corporate clients for a rapidly growing LegalTech company and providing them with quality solutions. Lakshya is also maintaining the smooth flow of communication with clients and establishing sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, and prospecting through LinkedIn.

Lakshya has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Amity University, which they obtained between 2019 and 2022. Prior to this, Lakshya attended DAV Public School between 2017 and 2019, studying Business/Commerce, General. Additionally, Lakshya obtained a certification in Reading Financial Statements from Corporate Finance Institute\u00ae (CFI) in August 2021 and a certification in Google Digital Unlocked - The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Unlocked in May 2020.
