Emily Williams has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Emily began their career as a Rides and Attractions Operator at THORPE PARK Resort in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Customer Care Agent at Sitel. Emily then transitioned to the University of Exeter in 2017, where they worked as a Telephone Fundraiser for a few months. Emily joined LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in 2017, starting as a Social Media Customer Care Executive and then progressing to roles such as Resort Scheduling & Resource Planner, Customer Care Manager, and Guest Experience Manager. Emily'smost recent position at LEGOLAND is as the Senior Guest Excellence Manager. Since April 2023, Emily has been serving as the Head of Guest Excellence at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
