Vivien Soh

Vivien Soh has diverse experience in human resources, spanning multiple industries and regions. Vivien recently worked at Legrand as the Head of Group Talent Management and Development, overseeing talent management initiatives. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Talent Manager at the same company. Vivien also served as the Area Human Resources Director for Southeast Asia at Legrand, where they were responsible for HR functions across the region and provided strategic advice to the leadership team. Before joining Legrand, they worked as the Manager of Human Resources at Surbana Jurong, focusing on talent acquisition strategies and HR process development. Vivien also held positions at Crown Equipment Corporation, Amec Foster Wheeler, InterCall, Raritan, WorleyParsons, Fabri-Tech Components, and The Safe Store Pte Ltd, where they gained valuable expertise in HR management and organizational development.

Vivien Soh obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Management from Murdoch University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic from 1996 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, Vivien received the DDI Certified Facilitator certification from Development Dimensions International in 2014. Vivien has also obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn, such as Coaching and Developing Employees, Employee Experience, Generative AI, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition, and many others in 2023.
