Gregory D. Roby

Gregory D. Roby, JD, CMCA, PCAM, currently serves as General Manager of Fairlington Villages Condominium and Senior Vice President of the DC Metro Division at Legum & Norman, overseeing community management operations in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC area. With extensive experience in property management, Gregory previously held roles including Regional Vice President, Community Manager, and Property Manager within the same company. Additional legal expertise includes serving as Of Counsel at GKRSE, Managing Attorney at PJO & Associates, and Vice President of Operations at William Keens Company. Gregory has a strong background in arts and education advocacy, having worked as Administrative Director for a not-for-profit and as Legislative Assistant to the Kansas State Minority Leader. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications and Music from Emporia State University.
