Linda Blum

Linda Blum currently serves as the Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Legum & Norman, managing 11 community associations in Maryland since July 2010. Prior to this role, Linda held various positions in the hospitality and telecommunications sectors, including Director of Human Resources at Holiday Inn BWI and Holiday Inn Silver Spring, where HR duties were performed for over 100 employees. Additionally, Linda was an Area Director of Human Resources for Lodgian Hotels, overseeing HR responsibilities for three hotels. Early experience included a Benefits Specialist role at Time Warner Cable, providing support for more than 1,000 employees across multiple locations in Albany, NY, from March 2005 to January 2007.
