Donna Mohr is an experienced higher education professional with a strong background in retention and graduate program development. Currently serving as Director of Retention at Lehigh University since November 2006, Donna has also held positions as Assistant Dean and Director of Graduate Recruiting and Program Development. Prior to Lehigh University, Donna worked as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Cedar Crest College from August 2004 to August 2006 and contributed to counter-terrorism and forensic science research as a Visiting Scientist at the FBI from September 2003 to May 2004. Donna holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and an M.S. in Forensic Science from Michigan State University, as well as a B.S. in Chemistry from Drexel University.
