Armando Moritz-Chapelliquen currently serves as Treasurer for the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission since January 2024 and as Senior Program Officer in Economic Development for the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) since February 2022. Previously, Armando held various roles at the Association for Neighborhood & Housing Development (ANHD) from September 2015 to February 2022, including Director of Capacity Building, Senior Economic Development Organizer, and Equitable Economic Development Campaign Coordinator. Armando's earlier experience includes organizing campaigns for the New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG) from August 2012 to June 2015, where significant achievements included the coordination of media events that contributed to the passage of important legislation. Armando's career also encompasses roles as an Administrative Assistant at Meshkov & Breslin and as a Community Organizer with NJ Citizens Action. Armando earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Moravian University in 2012.
