Shelly Slotter McWilliams

Shelly Slotter McWilliams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and product management. Currently serving as President of Lehigh Valley Plastics, Inc. since June 2020, Shelly previously held various roles at Brooks Instrument, including Business Unit Manager and Global Product Marketing Manager from May 2015 to June 2020. At Air Products, Shelly contributed as Business Manager for the West Region and as Continuous Improvement Manager for North America Gasses between March 2013 and May 2015, alongside earlier experience as Onsite Commercial Manager. Shelly's career commenced with positions at IBM Global Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant and a marketing internship at Armstrong World Industries. Shelly holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
