Vice President, Program Manager & Owner’s Advisor at Lehrer Cumming

Arnold Lee has extensive work experience in the field of architecture and design. Arnold started their career at Ateliers Jean Nouvel as a Senior Designer, where they worked on projects such as Nouvel L’Opera de Lyon and Palais de Congres a Tours. Arnold then joined Pei Cobb Freed & Partners as a Senior Designer, contributing to projects like ABN-AMRO Bank Headquarters and Tour EDF-Tower Headquarters.

Arnold then transitioned to HLW as a Senior Project Designer, where they worked on significant projects like the United Nations Headquarters Tower and CNBC Global Headquarters. Arnold then joined Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects as a Project Director, responsible for projects such as Merrill Lynch Bank of America Headquarters Tower, Madison Square Garden Penn Station Master Plan, and 20 Times Square Mixed-use Tower.

Afterward, Arnold worked at HOK as a Principal, overseeing projects like Google Masterplan, Apple Campus 3, New Harlem Hospital Center, and University of Chicago William Eckhardt Research Center, among others. Arnold then joined NBBJ as the Director of Commercial Projects before eventually joining Lehrer, LLC as the Vice President, Program Manager & Owner’s Advisor. While at Lehrer, LLC, Arnold played a key role in various confidential projects, including the 57th St Tower, Four Seasons Naples Beach Club, NoMad Tower, The Walt Disney Company New York Headquarters, and Morgan Stanley Headquarters and Real Estate Masterplan. Arnold also contributed to the Jacob Javits Convention Center Expansion Project.

Arnold Lee has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Arnold also holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
