Brett Bisceglia

Brett Bisceglia has a diverse range of work experience in the construction and real estate development industry. Brett started their career at Bisceglia Brothers Company as a Project Superintendent, where they supervised various construction projects for both private and public clients. Brett then moved on to Lehr Construction Corp. as a Superintendent, overseeing high-end interior office construction in NYC.

Brett later joined The Trump Organization as a Project Manager, managing major development projects including the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago and The Residences of Trump National Golf Club Westchester. Brett then worked at Hunter Roberts Construction Group as a Project Manager before joining SBI Consultants, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, providing construction and project management consulting services for owners and real estate investors.

In 2011, Brett transitioned to Bluestone Realty Advisors, Inc. as the Director of Development, where they were responsible for real estate development and construction management, including risk assessment, strategy, and execution. Brett remained with the company until 2019. During this time, they also joined BCA Construction Specialties, Inc. as a Principal, managing various aspects of the construction business.

In 2015, Brett became the Managing Director of Building & Construction Advisors, LLC, where they continued to contribute their expertise in construction and project management. Brett then joined Lehrer Cumming in 2017 as a Project Director, overseeing project operations.
