Gary Chan, MBA, PE, LEED AP

Gary Chan, MBA, PE, LEED AP, has over 13 years of work experience in the field of engineering and project management. Gary is currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Lehrer Cumming since February 2020. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager at DeSimone Consulting Engineers from July 2013 to February 2020. Before that, they held the position of Senior Engineer at Thornton Tomasetti in 2012. Gary also worked as a Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineer at Burns and Roe (Acquired by POWER Engineers) from September 2009 to 2011. Gary'searlier experience includes working as a Staff Engineer III at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services from July 2007 to September 2009. Throughout their career, Gary has gained expertise in various aspects of engineering and has successfully managed projects in the industry.

Gary Chan earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with Distinction, from Cornell University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics from Columbia University in 2010. Gary'shigh school education was completed at Stuyvesant High School. In addition to their degrees, Gary Chan holds certifications as a Professional Engineer (NY State) obtained from the New York State Education Department in June 2011 and as a LEED Accredited Professional obtained from Green Business Certification, Inc. in December 2008.
