Virginie Charles-Dear

Virginie Charles-Dear is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Business Angel at Leia Capital since September 2021, Virginie previously founded and led toucanBox as CEO from January 2012 to March 2023, focusing on empowering children through play while promoting critical thinking. Virginie was also the President of APM London Trigger from April 2018 to June 2021, contributing to the development of leadership among CEOs. Earlier roles include serving as Marketing Director at Keynoir, Senior Manager of Corporate Development at Yahoo, and Analyst in the M&A Technology Group at Morgan Stanley. Virginie holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from ESCP Business School and completed a Classe Preparatoire in Economics at Franklin (St Louis de Gonzague).
