Olena Skrypal

Olena Skrypal is an accomplished HR and operations professional with extensive experience in talent management, project coordination, and event management. Currently serving as an HR Operations Manager at Leia Inc. since August 2021, Olena oversees onboarding, HR policies, payroll management, and team-building initiatives. As the Head of the Talent Management Department at Planit-inc. from January 2016 to February 2021, Olena successfully grew the HR team, enhanced recruitment processes, and developed a corporate brandbook.
