Dr. Upenyu L. Muza

Dr. Upenyu L. Muza is a Senior Researcher and MSCA-IF Fellow at the Leibniz-Institut für Polymerforschung Dresden since 2020, while also serving as a Research Affiliate and Lecturer at Technische Universität Dresden. Previous roles include Associate Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stellenbosch University, where significant contributions were made in Biomedical Engineering and Targeted Drug Delivery as well as in Polymer Science and Materials Engineering. Dr. Muza’s academic qualifications include a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from Stellenbosch University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Chemistry from the National University of Science and Technology (ZW), with earlier studies in Polymer Science and Analytical field.
