Steffen Pausch

Steffen Pausch has a strong background in controlling and has held various positions at different companies. Steffen started their career at Poppe GmbH & Co KG in 2004, where they worked in operatived controlling and produktionscontrolling until 2008. In 2008, they joined Leica Camera AG and held several roles, including produktionscontrolling, gruppenleiter controlling operations, gruppenleiter controlling markt (int. beteiligungs-/vertriebscontrolling), director controlling (interim), and currently, they serve as the head of group controlling. Steffen Pausch's work experience demonstrates their expertise in controlling and their commitment to continuous growth and leadership within the field.

Steffen Pausch attended Fachhochschule Gießen-Friedberg from 1999 to 2000, where they studied Informatik (Computer Science). Afterward, they pursued a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration) at the same institution from 2000 to 2004, earning a Diplom Betriebswirt. Prior to their time at Fachhochschule Gießen-Friedberg, Steffen completed a degree in Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk) from Ringel & Sohn GmbH & Co. KG, where they studied from 1997 to 1999.
