Jana Sauer

Jana Sauer has a significant amount of work experience in various roles and industries. Jana most recently worked as the Director of Talent Management Global at Leica Microsystems since March 2017. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they served as the Director of Talent Management Germany, Nordic/Central/Eastern Europe at Dentsu Aegis Network. Jana also has experience at Korn Ferry Hay Group, where they held multiple roles including Head of Service Line Transforming Learning / Leadership & Talent from 2008 to 2013. Jana started their career at PwC Consulting in 1998 as a Senior Consultant and worked there until 2004.
