Manjot Deol has a long and diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Manjot started their career at Siemens Healthcare in 1992, where they worked as a Senior Service Engineer and later became a Sales Manager in Diagnostic Imaging. In 2000, they joined GE Healthcare as a Business Manager for Healthcare IT in South Asia, and then took on a similar role for the entire Asia Pacific region. Manjot also served as the Marketing Director for the ASEAN region and later became the GM of Commercial Operations and Marketing. In 2006, Manjot joined Smith+Nephew, where they held various roles including Senior Marketing Director for Sports Medicine in the APAC & EM region, Global Vice President of Arthroscopic Technologies, and Vice President & General Manager of Global Service. Currently, they are the VP General Manager of Sales & Service for the Americas at Leica Microsystems.
Manjot Deol's education history includes completing the Core: Credential of Readiness program at HBX | Harvard Business School in 2015. Previously, Manjot attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 1997 to 1998, where they pursued a Program for Business Management focused on General Management. Manjot also holds a B.E. degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, which was earned from 1988 to 1992. In terms of additional certifications, Manjot obtained a certification in Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School in an undisclosed year.
