Manuela Adamoli

Manuela Adamoli has been VP Global Human Resources since April 2023. Manuela joins Leica Microsystems from Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, where most recently, she was HR Senior Director High Growth Markets region and, before, the strategic HR business partner to the VP Commercial EEMEA region. Manuela is a founding member of the Danaher Women & Friends ARG in Europe.

Manuela started at Danaher as HR Director for the EMEA Selling Unit at Leica Biosystems in 2017. She was the HR Lead for EMEA-based employees in sales, marketing, customer care, service, and strategic commercial functions. Before DHR, Manuela worked as Europe HR Director at Cognex Corporation and previously progressively built her career at Whirlpool Corporation for 20 years. She brings in-depth business acumen and broad HR expertise, including international work experience in Italy, Germany, and the US.

Manuela holds a Bachelor's degree in English and German Literature and Languages from the University IULM in Milan.
