Cathy Sun

Cathy Sun is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as the APAC HR Director and previously as the China HR Director and Senior Human Resources Manager at Leica Biosystems since January 2017, Cathy has demonstrated leadership in HR strategies in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to this, Cathy held the position of HR Manager at Leica Microsystems from June 2010 to January 2017, and also worked as a Human Resources Manager at NovaMed Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd and Saint-Gobain. Cathy's career began as a Senior Training Consultant at Golden Brain from November 2002 to January 2005. Cathy holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of East Anglia, completed between 2001 and 2002.
