Rock Lee

Rock Lee currently serves as the General Manager for North Asia at Leica Biosystems, overseeing operations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager and Representative Director for ResMed in Korea, where Lee successfully led substantial growth in the Sleep and Respiratory Care Business and facilitated M&A activities. Lee held multiple roles at Johnson & Johnson Vision from 2016 to 2020, including Business Unit Head for Consumer Eye Health in Asia Pacific, showcasing a proven track record in post-merger integrations, innovative marketing strategies, and significant sales growth. Earlier career highlights comprise positions at SK Enmove Co., Ltd. and SK innovation, emphasizing expertise in marketing, key account management, and commercial strategy across various regions. Lee holds an International MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Chung-Ang University.
