Valentina Ronago is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business applications, customer experience, and sales enablement. Currently serving as the Director of Global Business Applications & Systems at Leica Biosystems since January 2020, Valentina focuses on aligning business technology with strategic goals to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Previously, Valentina held the role of Director Customer and Commercial Experience for EMEA, where key achievements included the development and deployment of a commercial learning strategy and successful Salesforce implementation. Valentina's earlier roles at Hach encompassed positions such as EU Sales Enablement Senior Manager and Office Manager, where notable accomplishments included significant improvements in order management and productivity.
