Sarah Allen

Sarah Allen currently serves as the Head of People at Leicester Tigers, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this, Sarah was the Head of HR at Lionheart Educational Trust from April 2018 to February 2022 and held various roles at De Montfort University, including Senior Human Resources Partner and Acting Deputy Director of HR, from September 2003 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at National Grid Transco from 2000 to 2003. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Strategic HRM from De Montfort University, obtained in 2014.
