Helen Pluut

Helen Pluut currently serves as the Deputy Head of Department at Leiden Law School and holds multiple titles including Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior, Project Leader of Empirical Legal Studies, and Head of Research Lab at the Empirical Legal Studies Lab @Leiden. Since 2019, Helen has been an active member of the Young Academy Leiden, initially as vice-chair and later as chair. Previous positions include Director at ELS Academy and Visiting Fellow at the National University of Singapore. Helen's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and a Master’s Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Tilburg University, where a Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Studies was also obtained. Extensive experience includes roles as PhD candidate and student assistant at Tilburg University, and an office assistant position at Qurious.
