Kenan Yildirim

Kenan YILDIRIM is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Governors at Leiden University since December 2022, Kenan has held the position of Managing Director at Shell Pensioenbureau Nederland B.V. since May 2018. At Shell, Kenan has been engaged since April 1999 in multiple senior finance roles, including Finance Director for Shell Nederland, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Finance & Planning. Additionally, Kenan was Chair of the Supervisory Board at Rabobank Regio Den Haag from December 2013 to December 2022 and has previous experience at Unilever in finance and auditing roles. Kenan's educational background includes an Executive MBA from INSEAD and degrees in Business Economics and Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the University of Groningen.
