Eric Miao

Eric Miao is a highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator and Team Lead with a robust background in IT operations and cloud architecture. Currently enrolled at Foothill College to expand knowledge in Cloud services, Eric passed the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification and is pursuing the AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification. Eric leads operations at Leidos/Eidos, where responsibilities include managing a VMware virtual desktop infrastructure and providing support for a large user base. Previous roles at Lockheed Martin and Softworld involved training, system management, and transitioning users to virtual desktops. Eric’s technical expertise is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
