Luke Stacks

Luke Stacks is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management, instructional design, and project leadership. Currently serving as a Program Specialist at the Federal Aviation Administration since May 2024, Luke has also held key roles at Leidos as a Project Manager Team Lead and Instructional Designer since May 2017. Previous experience includes organizing DC Zinefest, instructional design at Lockheed Martin, and technical writing at C2 Technologies. Luke's career began in education, with roles as a Writing Center Manager at ThinkingStorm and an Instructor at the University of Iowa, alongside contributions as a press and publicity chair for the graduate student labor union. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in American Studies from the University of Virginia and a Master of Arts in the same field from the University of Iowa.
