Rhonda Blatman

Rhonda Blatman serves as Senior Vice President and Capture Executive at Leidos since August 2016, where responsibilities have included leadership roles in Business Development and Strategy for both the Health Group and Intelligence Group. Prior experience spans over eight years at Lockheed Martin, where roles included BD Director / Operations Manager, Director of Capture Excellence, and Director of Program Operations. Earlier career at Lockheed Martin also included the position of Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning. Rhonda Blatman holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
