Shelby Covey

Shelby Covey serves as the Space Enterprise Advisory Group Director at Emolbi, overseeing the Space and Missile System Center’s new advisory council that assesses and enhances its capabilities for the Department of Defense. Prior to this role, Shelby Covey accumulated significant experience at Boeing, where positions included Business Process Architect, Business System Management leader, Learning System Quality & Integrity lead, My Learning Business Analyst, Employee Development Specialist, and Program Training Focal, each contributing to cross-functional process integration, HR architecture, and training system enhancements. Educationally, Shelby Covey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Mt Saint Mary’s, an Associate Early Childhood Credential from Chaminade University of Honolulu, and a Certificate in Aerospace Project Management from Caltech.
