Soledad Guerrero

Soledad Guerrero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Team Manager at Leidos since August 2016, Soledad leads a cross-functional team overseeing a $30M FAA contract for backup power generation sustainment in the National Air Space System. Prior roles at Leidos include Implementation Manager and Senior Project Manager Lead, where Soledad managed significant project portfolios and a team of project managers. Soledad's previous experience at Lockheed Martin encompassed various leadership positions, such as Senior Program Analyst, Manufacturing Project Manager, Quality Manager, and others, contributing to projects with budgets ranging from $18M to $72.9M. Soledad holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
