Matthew Minuzzo

Matthew Minuzzo is an experienced construction and engineering professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as General Manager for Leighton Asia in Singapore since February 2013, Matthew has previously held multiple managerial and technical roles, including Operations Manager and Pre-Contracts Manager within the same company. Prior positions include Area Manager for ConfluenceTBH and Technical Manager for both Amberg & TTI Engineering and McConnell Dowell S.E.A. Matthew began their career at Penta-Ocean Construction Company Limited as Chief Civil Engineer and has also worked in project engineering roles at Downer Engineering and Pyramid Construction Co., Ltd. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Construction Law and Arbitration from King's College London and the National University of Singapore, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Adelaide.
