Candace Ortega

Candace Ortega RN serves as the Corporate Health Services Director at Leisure Care, with a career spanning over a decade in nursing and healthcare management. Since April 2014, Candace has supported more than 50 Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities across the United States, driven by a passion for Dementia education. Previous experience includes various nursing roles at Northern Colorado Allergy and Asthma Clinic, Banner Health, Poudre Valley Hospital, and Lemay Avenue Health and Rehab, focusing on acute care, patient advocacy, and specialized medical treatments. Candace holds an Associate degree in Applied Science-Nursing from Front Range Community College, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
