Shannon Allen

Shannon Allen, CDP, currently serves as the General Manager at Leisure Care since July 2021. Previously, Shannon held the position of Executive Director at MorningStar Senior Living from April 2020 to August 2021 and at Clackamas View Senior Living - Milwaukie from December 2017 to April 2020. Additionally, a role as Wellness Manager was undertaken at The Ackerly at Timberland LLC from July 2016 to December 2017, and as Administrator at Prestige Senior Living, L.L.C. from March 2014 to July 2016. Shannon's career began at Avamere Family of Companies, where the Human Resources Director position was held from October 2008 to April 2014. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Everest University-Tampa, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
