Sunny Sengupta

Sunny Sengupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Sunny started their career in 1997 as a Web Designer for The Australian Government Directory, where they were responsible for creating and maintaining their website and troubleshooting any issues faced by clients and staff. In 2005, they joined Southern Cross Austereo as a Group Digital Manager, where they managed and supervised various station websites and developers, as well as deployed and maintained sites and databases to increase web presence. In 2011, they took on roles at Explore Industries and Leisure Pools, where they served as the Global Chief Information Officer and CIO/Vice President Digital and IT respectively. During this time, they focused on gaining global online presence and building a solid in-house digital department for Leisure Pools. In 2001, Sunny founded their own company, Sunny Interactive, where they worked as the CEO and provided digital and IT consultancy services to clients, including building websites, online marketing, and IT infrastructure solutions. Sunny's work experience showcases their expertise in digital solutions, IT consultancy, and website management.

Sunny Sengupta has a diverse education history consisting of multiple degrees and diplomas. Starting from the early years, they attended Hartley's High School, where they completed their high school education in 1990. Following that, from 1990 to 1992, they studied at St. Lawrence High School in Calcutta, India, specializing in Higher Secondary education.

Moving on to higher education, Sunny enrolled at The University of Burdwan and completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce, with a major in Marketing, in 1995. Afterward, they pursued further studies at Griffith University, obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Multimedia in 1997, specializing in Film & TV, Digital Communication, and Media/Multimedia.

Continuing their academic journey, Sunny is currently studying at the University of Melbourne, aiming to complete their Master of IT Management (Executive) degree in the field of Information Technology by 2022.
