Clemens Nowotny

Clemens Nowotny is a Partner in International and Corporate Tax Law at LeitnerLeitner Austria, a position held since May 1997. With extensive experience advising Austrian and foreign corporate groups, as well as family-owned businesses, Clemens specializes in group reorganizations, group tax planning, and matters related to permanent establishments and profit allocation. Previous experience includes a role in Wirtschaftsprüfung/Audit at KPMG from February 1993 to April 1997. Clemens earned a Dr.rer.soc.oec. in Betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerlehre from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz between 1991 and 1997.
