The NeoEco group, established in 1999, specializes in small-scale private equity, management consulting, forestry, real estate development, and rental homes. Janne also holds the position of Senior Consultant at LeKa HR, a renowned executive search company, since May 2023. Previous roles include Director and Founder of Tuocon Oy, where expertise in headhunting, recruitment, and business development was applied. Additional experience encompasses positions at ACE Consulting Oy, Efekta Oy, Automaa Oy, SEB Kort AB, Marioff Corporation Oy, HUB Logistics Finland Oy, and Copterline Oy in various operational, sales, and logistics capacities. Janne holds a Master's degree in Economics with a focus on Organizations and Management from Aalto University.
