Laura Pierce

Laura (Pierce) Puglia has extensive experience in merchandising and management, currently serving as the Director of Merchandising at Lekker Home since July 2015. Previously, Laura held various positions at Lekker Home, including Buying & Merchandising Manager and Lead Buyer, demonstrating a progressive career in the retail sector. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Global Account Manager at Intertek, focusing on quality assurance for Talbots Brands, and gained marketing exposure as a Marketing Intern at Karmaloop. Laura's early roles included an Assistant Manager position at GUESS?, Inc. and an internship with The SYNERGY Events, where skills in visual merchandising and event production were developed. Laura holds a dual degree in Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island and has also completed studies at De Rada Italian Institute.
