Erin then worked as an Intern in the Corporate Tax Group at Goldman Sachs, where they prepared tax returns and analyzed financial reporting information. Anderson later became an Instructor at the Viking Cooking School, where they taught culinary courses and ensured a positive experience for students. Erin then joined Momofuku as an Accounting and Finance Associate, overseeing month-close projects and daily sales tasks. Erin continued their career at Momofuku Milk Bar as a Controller, ensuring accurate financial transactions and instructing the finance team on transaction reporting practices. Anderson then transitioned to Lela Rose, where they served as the Vice President of Finance and Operations, before becoming the Chief Operating Officer at Pearl by Lela Rose.
Erin Anderson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, which they pursued from 2008 to 2010.
