Amelia Charles has a diverse work experience that spans from 2014 to the present. In 2014, they worked as a Research Assistant at Sacred Destinations. In 2017, they were a Social Enterprise Intern at ICRISAT, where they co-led the Digital Marketing Team and oversaw the building of a ten-million-dollar endowment. In 2018, they were a Senior Fellow at Passages, leading a group of over 200 undergraduate and graduate students to Israel. In 2019, they were a Strategy and Business Development Intern at BYU Kennedy Center for International Studies and a Marketing Intern for BYU Athletics. Amelia also wrote op-ed articles for the BYU Political Review as an Editor and Op-Ed Author. In 2020, they worked as a Strategy Consultant for Ottalaus Health, and in 2021 they became a Content Strategist at Leland, a marketplace for ambitious people to access the coaching, classes, and community they need to reach career and educational goals.

Amelia Charles began their education in 2015 at Lycée Jean Jaurès, where they earned a French Baccalaureate in Economics. In 2016, they graduated from Fountain Hills High School with a High School Diploma with Honors. From 2017 to 2022, they attended Brigham Young University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Arabic.
