Victoria Germanova has extensive experience in growth strategy, coaching, and consulting within various sectors. Currently, Victoria works at Leland, focusing on international growth while coaching over 50 clients who have successfully gained admission to elite M7 business schools and prestigious law schools. Victoria has been recognized as one of the Top 50 coaches globally in 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Portfolio Strategy Manager at Octopus Money, where Victoria expanded the company's digital financial and legal services portfolio, and as an Independent Consultant for various startups, leading product launches and organizational restructuring. As Co-founder and CEO of Callity, Victoria launched a VC-backed cybersecurity marketplace. Victoria's earlier roles include Director of Industry Solutions at RELAYTO, an MBA intern at Salesforce, and positions at Global Venture Alliance VC, OC&C Strategy Consultants, and Weber Shandwick. Victoria holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA/MA from the University of Cambridge.
